"It Must Not Happen Again!"

The event opened on September 18, 2008, in the evening, with the vernissage of a group exhibition named It Must Not Happen Again at a Montreal downtown gallery, the gallery Mekic in Quartier Mont-Royal. The group of artists were composed of Soudabe Ardavan, Shohreh Kia, Jacobo Silva Nogales and two anonymous artists. The exhibition was held for about two weeks following the event.

The following day, on Friday 19, was a cultural night, a celebration: Artistic performances to commemorate the 1988 Massacre in an international scene.
